Andiey started her yoga journey back in 2011. Her dreams were to get certified. Due to work, school, and life it got pushed to the side. Thanks to Covid 19 it opened the doors to a certification.

Create Balance on and off the mat

Set aside at least 30 minutes to remind yourself that you are enough, you deserve to take up space and you are exactly where you need to be.

Finding The Time

Luckily for you I create a day and my students create the time. I provide options for times that would be convenient for others. There are votes and then there is a class.

“Andrea is an amazing yoga teacher. I can tell she cares about her students both on and off the mat. Her instructions are clear and easy to follow. She takes time to give both positive and constructive feedback. There are an even amount of both relaxing and challenging poses that she teaches you. Overall, an amazing experience with Andrea and I can't wait for more sessions! I highly recommend trying it out and taking a class!”
